GENERAL1. I reserve the copyright to the artwork or design.
The artwork or design (adopt, custom) after payment belongs to you, but remains my intellectual property, which I place a number of restrictions on:
ᅠ1.1. You are not allowed to copy or paint over the image in order to pass it off as your own artwork.
ᅠ1.2. You are not allowed to draw something directly on the image without notifying me. It is much better if you ask me to make corrections to the drawing directly while I am completing it for you. Do not do it yourself.
NOTE: It is allowed to add the picture to references, avatars (if it is an avatar, please indicate me as the author in the description), collages, edits, memes, and other image formats that do not involve visual changes to the picture.
FOR EXAMPLE: you cannot draw wings to a character on my artwork by yourself. But you can cut a character out of my artwork to paste it into a meme.
ᅠ1.3. You are not allowed to sell my artwork. This also applies to NFT. My drawings are not used as NFT, and i do not draw for commercial use.
NOTE: designs (adopts, customs) can be sold only after certain requirements are met (see ToS for designs).2. I don't draw hard NSFW content.
This includes sexual content, scenes of physical violence, images that might offend someone, and other.
NOTE: I can draw scenes with blood, maybe death, some types of gore art that are not shocking to the viewer (for example, light or pastel gore).3. While drawing your order, i communicate with you and show you the process.
Please give me feedback. I accept corrections at every stage of drawing. Together we will create exactly the picture you need. I will not correct previous stages of work if you do not indicate your wishes immediately.
_________________________________________ADOPTABLES1. You are not allowed to sell a design of my authorship for more than it was purchased.
If the design does not have additional art, animations, etc., it cannot be sold for a price higher than the original price. If there is additional artworks, the price should be equal to the price of the design + price of the artworks. You are not allowed to make money on my designs.2. You are obliged to notify me in case of sale of the design.
You must pass on these rules and my contact information to the purchaser. You must also pass on the purchaser's contact information to me. Or just mention me as the creator if you make an account for the design on Toyhouse. My TH username: Voivode.3. You are not allowed to sell my designs to people from the Russian Federation.
In case this happens, you must transfer the funds received to any volunteer fund of Ukraine, and the rights to the design will be confiscated by me without refund.I just do not want any Russians to use my designs. It's not discrimination or politics, it's my personal unwillingness to cooperate with them as a response to what they did to my home. I do not know how good the person you are going to sell my design to is. I do not want my design to be the property of someone who is against me and wants me dead. Thank you for understanding.4. You can redesign, slightly change the colours and accessories, but please do not change the design so that it looks nothing like the original.5. If you received a design for free, you cannot sell it for real currency.
Only if you spent real money on art for this design, you can sell it for a price not exceeding the sum of all its artworks.4. You will be blacklisted for breaking the rules.
The blacklist is a list of people who are not allowed to own designs created by me. All designs will be confiscated by me without refund.5. You are not allowed to sell designs to people on the blacklist.
If you do, you will also be blacklisted.
